Content and pages

Write and edit

Create posts and pages from a brief, rewrite sections, change titles, excerpts, slugs, categories and tags. New content is saved as a draft with a preview link until you say “publish”.

SEO fields

Set the SEO title and meta description on any post or page. WPMate writes them to Yoast SEO, Rank Math, All in One SEO or SEOPress when one is active, or outputs them itself if not.

Undo any edit

Every change keeps a WordPress revision. Ask “undo the last change to the About page” and WPMate restores the earlier version.
